Christopher Krug is the editor-in-chief and co-founder of Monitor Oklahoma where he sets and manages the website's editorial direction. Krug is also a journalism instructor at the University of Oklahoma's Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Krug has worked as a copy editor, paginator and reporter for The Oklahoman and was a city editor at The Muskogee Phoenix. Krug graduated in 1991 from Western Heights High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and now lives in the Oklahoma City Public Schools district.
Kirstin Krug is the general manager and co-founder of Monitor Oklahoma. Kirstin Krug graduated in 2003 from Norman North High School in Norman, Oklahoma, and now lives in the Oklahoma City Public Schools district.
Joe D. McCoy, CPA, is the director of the Internal Audit Division of the Oklahoma State & Education Employees Group Insurance Board, a division of the Oklahoma Office of State Finance. The Internal Audit Divisions has primary responsibility for auditing the health, dental, life and disability claim payments for one of the largest insurers in Oklahoma. McCoy also supports a variety of professional and health related organizations. McCoy graduated in 1967 from Durant High School in Durant, Oklahoma, and now lives in the Western Heights Public Schools district.

Fred Schmidt is a principal architect at Frankfurt Short Bruza Associates where he is responsible for Higher Education, Private and Health Care market sectors and leadership development. Schmidt also volunteers for/supports American Institute of Architects, Professional Advisory Board of the division of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma's College of Architecture, American Heart Association and the Boy Scouts of America. Schmidt graduated in 1966 from Midwest City High School in Midwest City, Oklahoma, and now lives in the Norman Public Schools district.
